National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)

The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) is the U.S. Department of Education's central database for federal student aid. It receives data from schools, guaranty agencies, and federal student aid programs. NSLDS tracks your federal student aid by disclosing information on your federal student loans and/or grants. Go to the NSLDS website and use your Federal Student Aid PIN to access your data.

Office of the Ombudsman

If you need help resolving disputes and solving other problems with federal student loans, you should contact your lender/servicer first, then your guarantor. Finally, you should contact the Office of the Ombudsman as a last resort.
